The team provides the comprehensive and near real-time diagnostic coverage you need for your plant’s assets, offering timely machine health information and analysis to facility managers and operators.
Condition Monitoring
- NEST has excelled in offline condition monitoring activities for clients in different industries by way of deploying trained personnel in the use of portable data collectors to gather useful data for machine condition and performance diagnosis. With these services clients are able to boost safety, mitigate risks and reduce maintenance costs for their assets.
Pump, Valve and High Pressure System Repairs
- Pneumatic and electric driven plunger pumps, high pressure systems (air amplifiers, liquid test packs, gas boosting systems) repairs are carried out in the NEST workshop to support our clients ensuring process reliability and stability.
- Leveraging our BHGE authorized MARC facility, NEST is able to undertake valve repairs ranging from Control to Safety valves.
